Continuing Education Course Policies:

Refund Policy: If for any reason an event needs to be canceled or rescheduled, participants will be notified via email. If an event is canceled, participants will receive a full refund to their original method of payment. If an event is rescheduled, participants can elect to attend the rescheduled event or receive a full refund to their original method of payment.

Cancellation Policy: Participants registering for asynchronous CEU courses are eligible for a full refund if the course has not been started. Refund requests must be sent to info@invivoinstitute.org and include a stated reason for the request. Alternatively, if the course has not been started, participants can request to exchange the course for a different CEU course of equal value. Participants registering for synchronous CEU events can request a full refund if the request is made ten days or more prior to the event, less a $20 administrative fee. All refunds granted will be made to the original method of payment. No refunds will be granted if the request is made less than ten days prior to the event, however, credit in the amount of the registration fee will be awarded for a future event. Please note that registered participants who do not attend the event are not eligible for a refund.

Complaint Policy: If for any reason a participant is not satisfied with a CEU course or event, an email must be sent within 72 hours of a) having attended a synchronous event, or b) having completed an asynchronous course, to info@invivoinstitute.org. We will be in touch within 72 hours to discuss the complaint and find a resolution. If a mutually agreeable resolution is not identified, the participant will be eligible for a full refund to the original payment method less a $20 administrative fee.

  • With many years in higher education as clinicians, teachers, and researchers, our co-founders are uniquely qualified to apply evidence-based intervention to achieve lasting real-world change. 

  • Our training will help speech-language pathologists and psychologists in your organization acquire hands-on skills in the interdisciplinary assessment and treatment of complex communication needs. 

  • Our workshops focus on an ecological, “whole-client” approach to treating communication challenges and related mental health needs.
